2 months later..

It has been one heck of a ride since the last time I posted. What else is expected when you are me that is pregnant? I had a hospital stay in July, got put on bedrest, had the whole pre-term labor, and guess what? I made it to 37 weeks this week, and that my friend is full term! A whole 2.5weeks longer than I made it with Carter. Go figure. But come this monday Sept. 8th, Lilah will be here! I have a repeat c-section set, I was going to attempt a Vbac but... if they are willing to get her out of me sooner, I will take it. If I go into labor before monday (haha) I will still attempt it.

whew! Its almost over, but I cant wait to meet this little girl!

Well now that I have time on my hands, I can keep up with this thing. Not sure it will be interesting (not that it ever was) but still.

As of Monday I have been told not to walk. Yeah, not to walk. Kind of hard to do with a 3 year old! The dr. told me to get a wheelchair for when I "need" to get out. For some reason I dont see that happening.

Lilah's room is almost finished. I need to go to Michaels (yet another no no) to pick up some stuff. My parents are coming out this week to help, and my mom said she would go for me. How sweet is that?

Carter is being a peach through this and is entertaining himself. I was put on a "rest as much as you can" limit a few weeks ago, so he got used to it.

I need to go eat, but will be back later!

C) I am also trying to get little man involved in more playgroup type things now that I am feeling better.

Well, I havent updated in a long time, but we are having a little girl!! We have a name picked out, but due to reactions I have been getting, we are keeping it on the down low for the most part. I am getting huge. I feel like a house, even though people swear I am only getting a belly. I feel like I am getting a chin along with it. I have somehow only gained 3 pounds, and with Carter I had gained at least 25 by now. I think my scale is broken, because really, I am getting big.

We bought a new crib and dresser this weekend! yay! I didnt want white this time around, and J thought that the crib C used was too old and not safe. ha. Love his thinking.. love that I got a new crib! I will post pics of it when I get the bedding. oh! I also got a chair!! I didnt really have a nice one with C, so this time I begged for it. Its sooooo nice. Pics to come!

I got my butt in action and took Carter to story time today. He liked it, he was shy at first, but then warmed up. This was a big step for me since I usually dont meet up with people I hardly know. But I figured "how else can I become friends with these ladies, unless I go?". I had fun too! I will be going to another outing this week with them too. woo! go me.

Hola!

Well we are moved in. Guess I should think to update this more often. I noticed I havent taken pics lately, I hope Jesse remembers to get my AA's I asked for while he is at the store getting easter goodies. "Easter goodies, but its 2:03 pm".. yes I know we lag. I didnt have time yesterday to dye eggs, so we did them today, and told Carter the Bunny Man was running late. Lame I know. I didnt know what else to do! We were hanging out at the pool this morning and when we went back home I noticed in someones house this ginormous Bunny in the window. I told Carter "we better hurry home and nap before the Bunny gets done at their house!", he took off like a bat. It couldnt have been better timing. I about died, and so did Jesse.

Baby is treating me better. I am not as sick!! woo!!! We went to a 3D place to see what it is.. well I am still calling the baby and "it", it sat there with its legs crossed. We go back on the 6th.

Moving!

Well I will be offline for a few days. We are moving stuff tomorrow and sat! As much as I like this place, I cant wait to get in the new place! I wont have the comp for a bit, so I will update when I can.

On another note. My parents are in town and I am craving my moms cookies that she brought. I hope that she remembered them! I have my I.V. refil my fluids thingy today. And yes, that is the medical term. I dont like the word "treatment". I wish I got to see baby today, its not like I didnt see in on monday, but I want to see if it grew another week ahead! HAHA. I guess I will have to wait till next thurs and ask to see it then. Maybe by then they will say it looks like 20 weeks rather than 12. Since I grow mutants!

I need new bedding. I need a new kitchen table, since we sold ours like 3 weeks ago! It was way too big for the new place. I dont think we need a 10 piece getup anymore! Yeah, 10. We had 9 chairs to balance out the "bar", yet the chairs were too short. ha. Okay enough.

MIA

That pretty much sums it up. Since finding out I am knocked up, I have been sick. You sit there and say "suck it up, its morning sickness, and its not that bad!". It is bad when you cant even keep water down. Today I ended up at the docs. I went in and they told me I needed to go have a "treatment" done. I said sure thing, I went to that clinic and the lady behind the desk asked if I had someone to watch Carter, and I said "no, why?" (thinking this was going to be something quick). She then tells me "this is a four hour treatment". I think I had to pull my jaw off the ground. So I have my "treatment" set for thursday. I called up my mom and asked if they could come out to watch Carter for me, and they can. Whew!!

Good news!! I am "supposed" to be about 10 weeks on tues or weds. They did a ultra sound (u/s) and I am measuring in at 10 weeks and 5 days, and the doc said that he couldnt get a good read but he thinks that the baby is actually measuring even further. Screw sept! I am having an aug baby I bet!
